PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:

We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our existing InteliGro team in the Northern Cape (lower Orange River area). The Crop Advisor acts as an independent contractor that provides Crop Solutions through technical advice and professional recommendations, supported by a comprehensive product portfolio in Crop Protection, Biologicals and Plant Nutrition. The Crop Advisors are supported by a strong technical and commercial team to assist in meeting the needs of our customers and the ever changing market environment.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years ‘experience within the agriculture industry

• Experience with table grapes, citrus and raisins

• Business management and marketing experience preferred

EDUCATION:

• B.Sc. Agricultural degree or similar study field

• CropLife basic Crop Protection course and BASOS

SKILLS:

• Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)

• Solid knowledge of plant physiology, crop protection and plant nutrition principles
