- Overall incharge of the Vedanta Reengus Hospital.
- Prepare Annual Budget and P&L for the hospital. Its timely implementation as per approved budget
- Make 3 year master plan and growth path for the hospital.
- Expansion of OPD facility and Lab facility
- Increasing the no. of OPD patients
- Day to day administration of hospital.
- Statutory approval / licenses for running the hospital
