- 2-3 years of experience as security officer post retierement.
• *Roles and Responsibilities**
- Canteen & House keeping Administration in complete scenario.
- Hotel booking with prescribed hotels & need to be developed the system as per requirement.
- Liaisoning with local community/ village body.
- Able to facilitate the new entrants & contractors’ manpower.
- Assist to HR Department in dealing with discipline matter of employees.
- Sitting arrangement of employees & its related activity& Inventory control
- Deal with the social welfare matter of company side to local society, if any, assigned by company.
- Effectively manage the admin part while the event & visit of Directors, Guest, Customers.
- Accident case needs to be attended and look after the hospital bills.
- Supports in implementation of safety norms in the plant.
- Other assignment as and when assigned by the management.
