To provide social, emotional, and practical support to people experiencing challenges with their mental health and emotional wellbeing who are also facing a housing/homelessness related crisis.

The support will be expected to be in line with Platfform’s values.

We work with people experiencing challenges with their mental health, and with communities who want to create a greater sense of wellbeing in the places that they live. Through our projects, we work with thousands of people each year.
