We have a unique opportunity for the right person to join our team at Linden house. Linden House is a therapeutic alternative to hospital for people experiencing a crisis in their mental health. We offer a safe and supportive environment that is responsive to people’s needs and alleviates distress. Linden House provides a space for individuals to work alongside staff members to determine what support they need, allows the opportunity to connect, take time out and be heard.

Linden House provides a 24-hour service, 365 days of the year that will require all caseworkers and senior caseworkers to complete shifts based on a rota. Shifts include days, sleeps and waking nights. These are usually completed over 3 or 4 days per week.
