This position will be responsible for the payroll of the company as well as general HR functions. The position is Windhoek based at our headquarters.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for the preparation and payment of payroll for the company
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll
• Responsible for the creating of 3rd
party reports, payment and sending of proof of payments to the relevant parties
• Ensuring that all employee records are kept up to date according to policy and legal requirements, this includes leave records
• Responsible for all registration, termination and claims with the Social Security Commission
• Responsible for adding and terminating all employees on Payscale
• Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees
• Assist with general HR duties, initiatives and systems
• Assist HR Manager with monthly newsletter
• Assist HR Manager with any other administration tasks
