Position: Inbound Call Center Agent - mail order

Location: Windhoek

Our clients customers are in the mail order business that specializes in high quality products and excellent customer service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for reliable inbound call center agents who will provide our customers with professional and friendly support if they have any questions or concerns.

Tasks:

Answer incoming calls from customers and process their concerns, including orders, returns, complaints and general product information.

Advice and support to customers when selecting and ordering products.

Ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Documentation of all customer interactions in our systems.

Collaborate with other departments, particularly the Shipping and Customer Service teams, to ensure seamless handling of customer queries.
