We are recruiting for a QS to join our talented Commercial team. Reporting into our Managing QS, you will be core in providing commercial support for one of our sections across our C1 project.

The role

Contract administration
• Efficient management of all commercial functions of the packages of work you are responsible for.
• Provide commercial support to the Project Director, Commercial Director and the Commercial Team in managing the delivery of the project.

Subcontractors / Procurement
• Negotiating terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers that apportion risk to those best placed to manage that risk.
• Ensuring subcontractors and suppliers are managed, within the terms and conditions of subcontractors.
• Reviewing, approving and ensuring payment of interim and final accounts (including final account sign-off.
• Reviewing and agreeing costs to complete / forecasts.
