We are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join our talented Commercial team here at ALIGN JV.

Youll be responsible for the commercial management primarily of our C1 North Package of works and manage a small team.

About Our Role

Contract administration
• Efficient management of all commercial functions of the packages of work you are responsible for.
• Provide commercial support to the Project Director, Commercial Director and the Commercial Team in managing the delivery of the project.
• Coordination of the contract insurance requirements, management of claims and renewals.

Subcontractors / Procurement
• Negotiating terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers that apportion risk to those best placed to manage that risk and deliver best value to the project and the Client.
• Ensuring subcontractors and suppliers are managed within the terms and conditions of subcontracts and supplier contracts.
