This successful local Company are seeking a confident Personal Assistant with excellent communication and organisation skills to provide extensive support for their Director and the senior management team.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing all-round secretarial and administrative support for the Director and the management team

- Preparing correspondence, reports, property particulars and maintenance schedules

- Managing busy diary schedule, co-ordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries

- Fielding incoming telephone calls and emails, dealing with routine enquiries where possible

- Ensuring there is a good supply of stationary and office supplies, purchasing new requirements

- Maintaining accurate computerised and manual records and updating details held when needed
