As a Home Trainer, you will be responsible for promoting a learning culture in our care home through mentoring, coaching and professional best practice, whilst also delivering a comprehensive induction for our new starters. You will ensure through the planning and delivery of learning and development activities that all home team members have the necessary skills, and are competent, to deliver the highest standards of care to our residents.

You will co-ordinate the training activities in our home in order to meet Porthaven's goal of achieving Outstanding' in CQC inspections.
