Position: HR Assistant (Ref: J11613)

Location: Flexible – Hybrid Working

• Comprehensive HR Role: Join a small and friendly team to deliver professional HR support across the group, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment processes, prepare job descriptions and adverts, handle onboarding and exit procedures, support in employee relations matters such as investigations and disciplinary hearings, and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Hybrid Working: Benefit from a flexible hybrid working model that encourages both autonomy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

We Seek:
• Individuals holding or working towards CIPD Level 3, with a minimum of 12 months HR administration experience in a fast-paced office.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems, including report generation.
