We seek a proactive and experienced RGN Qualified Home Manager with a track record of managing a minimum 40-bedded home specializing in Dementia and General Nursing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for person-centered care. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the care team, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and fostering a positive working environment.
