Our client is a global SaaS firm based in Stockport, England and operating in the aviation space. Their state-of-the-art cloud native platform is transforming airport operations globally and makes life easier for travelers, airport staff and management. As they continue to scale the business and grow globally, they are seeking a Customer Success Lead with a background in project management, post sales, and implementations to work as a liaison between internal staff and customer stakeholders during the onboarding process. This role is a hybrid position in Stockport, England and only candidates in the Stockport / Manchester metro areas will be considered.
