Overview of the role

Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, mainly remote working with some ad-hoc travel to Stockport.

Reporting jointly to the Head of IT Operations and Cloud Infrastructure Lead, this is a specialist role within the Data & Technology Team.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role holder will use their expertise to develop, maintain, and manage UK Biobank's AWS environment. This hosts an extensive set of applications and services and is central to a major transformation programme designed to deliver substantial benefits to the organisation as well as the international research community who UK Biobank support.
