Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our purpose-built Hospital in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities for Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD)
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with mental health conditions, physical health conditions, substance misuse, and secondary mental health issues.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Adhere to NMC guidelines, professional practices, and hospital policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in nursing practice to meet the evolving needs of residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
