What you'll be doing

Corpay^ is currently looking to hire an Office Administrator within the UK Office Support division. This position falls under our Epyx line of business based in Heath Farm, Meriden, UK.

This is a full-time permanent role working 5 days a week onsite. Ideal candidate will have access to a car. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

Key Accountabilities:
• Managing and maintaining a sufficient level of office supplies. Including consumables, products, and stationery.
• Ensuring the property, with specific reference to communal areas, are kept clean/tidy.
• Liaising with suppliers, processing invoices/payments and managing office expenses
• Meet/greet external visitors, signing them into the site and issuing/managing temporary security key fobs.
• Prepare meeting rooms in advance of all external visitor appointments.
