As a parts advisor, you will work with closely with the aftersales team in the accurate identification, pricing and procurement of parts for supply to the workshop and associated customers. The same level of service is also provided to the trade and general public as a retail over the counter service. It is therefore important that the Advisor reflects the brand values at all times and is able to maximise on sales opportunities by delivering accurate advice.
