Responsibilities:
• Managing incoming calls in a timely manner
• Identify and assess customers’ needs and react accordingly
• The ability to take personal ownership and the desire to provide excellent customer service
• Follow structured scripts when making changes to customer policies
• Keep records and up-to-date logs of conversations with our customers
• Meet personal performance based targets
• Handle complaints and providing appropriate solutions, taking into account customers’ circumstances
• Follow company process, procedures and scripts
