This Paint Lead Engineer role will be joining a specialist department for a very well renowned automotive brand, looking at bespoke and custom pallet colours that can be challenging to deliver for their customers.

Paint Lead Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:

Support PDL responses identifying any costs required for the launch of a vehicle

Support the transition to of the paint facility from one site to another,

Responsible for coaching and developing team members to ensure they are able to do their job effectively delivering objectives and targets in line with scorecard metrics

Lead the planning/implementation for all commissioning for MY and LE colours

Support resource planning for the paint department

Attend and represent Paint at programme meetings at all levels and present where applicable.
