Job Title: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant

Location: Pontefract

Contract Type: Long Term with the view to going permanent for the right candidate

Salary: up to £95 a day (D.O.E)

Leader Education are recruiting a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work at a small Alternative Provision School based in Pontefract. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health either on a 1:1 or group basis.

The school caters for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties in Key Stage 3 and 4, who have been permanently or temporarily excluded from mainstream education. The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 3:30pm and is a long term position.
