Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Leader Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant who would thrive within an alternative provision.

Pupils within this school will have social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) therefore, some experience with SEMH or vulnerable individuals is preferred.

The aim of this school is to create an environment in which all pupils foster intellectual and personal development, aswell as have access to a variety of educational experiences.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30 until 16:30 and is a long-term position. Leader Education are dedicated to ensuring that we find adaptable roles and schedules that work effectively for you.

The Successful Teaching Assistant Will
• Have a fully enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
• Have experience of working in a transferable role.
• Follow personalised curriculums and care plans to meet pupil's requirements.
