We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the post of Reservations Team Member/ Team Leader at Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram, part of IHCL (Taj Group of Hotels)

Responsibilities
• Attend to Reservation telephone calls and convert
• Answer to reservations queries and mails that come to the hotel
• feed in the reservations to the system
• generate and send daily reports that are required
• Liaison with other departments and pass relevant information to ensure a smooth check in experience for the guests
• completer the tasks assigned by the Director of Sales from time to time

Qualifications
• Graduation or Diploma
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• good computer skills
• willingness to work for stretched hours at times if the work situation demands
• Willingness to work in a team
• Working knowledge of Opera Reservations System will be considered as an added advantage More Detail
