Are you looking to take the next step in your career with a successful manufacturing business? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients administration team.

Duties Will Include
• General administration support
• Liaison with suppliers, setting up accounts.
• Purchasing
• Facilities Support
• Supporting the Office Manager with contractor and supplier management
• Booking in, meeting, and greeting guests, making sure they feel welcome and assisting them with any needs; ensuring meeting rooms are prepared for major meetings
• First point of contact for external calls
• General filing
• Invoice administration
• Raising Pro Forma Invoices

Experience/skills Required
• General administration skills
• Customer service skills
• Good IT skills
• Previous experience of sending out invoices and pro formas
• Flexible and happy to do multiple tasks

Hours Of Work

Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00
