Duties Will Include
• Creation of files and data entry
• Monitoring shipping processes
• Arranging freight from origin country to destination country for overseas jobs
• Customer Service
• Creating job sheets
• Authorising purchase invoices
• Sending out invoices to customers
• General administration duties

Experience/Skills Required
• Confident telephone manner
• Good computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience of working in a busy admin role previously
• Experience in customs, freight or logistics would be highly advantageous

Hours Of Work

Monday to Friday 9-5pm
