The Company opened a subsidiary in Kazakhstan and is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop the commercial activities in the local market.

Main tasks:
1.To reach planning sales targets
2.Develop the distributors and partners network;
3.Set clear targets for distributors’ sales force, organize control of performance and implement common reporting and evaluation system of their work;
4.Plan, develop and implement business training programs to key customer groups;
5.Implement trainings and development plans for the distributors’ sales force.
6.To coordinate other operations-related activities like logistics outsource, certification, reporting

Main requirements:
-Higher education (preferably – economics)
-25-40 years old
-3+ years of commercial experience in pro-Western companies, preferably in Automotive or related industry
