Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Services Officer to join their dynamic Client Services Team, playing a crucial role in managing administration duties for a diverse portfolio of pension schemes, trusts, EBTs, and RATs.

The successful candidate will ensure a consistently high standard of client service by collaborating with financial advisors, investment companies, clients, and business partners.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently address client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
• Administer pension schemes, meeting regulatory requirements.
• Accurately manage documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and record financial transactions.
• Resolve complaints, review billing queries, and assist with regulatory reporting.
• Act as a signatory, applying a critical approach to responsibilities.
