The Data & Business Analyst is responsible for the building and maintaining of data reporting functionality within the internal reporting systems and processes.

They are responsible for transforming and improving existing reports, documenting procedures, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and finding solutions to enhance business performance and efficiency, with a focus on automation.

The Data & Business Analyst operates within the BJBG Change Team and there is an expectation to assist and engage in ongoing Change & Operational Projects. This could range from developing in-house technical solutions, to assisting with the running of strategic projects.
