In this role, you have the opportunity to
• Bridge central requirement and regional/business level need. Support regional head/business leaders on the pre-cadence and cadence review.
• Performance track on target achievement as well as linearity.

You are responsible for
• Partnering with Sales and Marketing department for business level OIT & sales bi-weekly/monthly review to get clear insights on numbers, playing key role to support roll up submission and pre-cadence & Sales cadence preparation.
• Highlighting risks & opportunities with clear justifications and proposing recovery actions to drive business transparency and excellence.
• Based on company policy, yearly sales target deployment to sales team and cooperation with sales team to knowledge the rules.
