This position is responsible for managing overall RTR and reporting activities and taking the full accounting review and control.

You are responsible for

-To ensure general ledger are in line with PRC/Philips accounting principle and China fiscal regulation. Local Business assets and liability are in correct record and sufficient control;
- Month-end and year-end closing including review of PCA report. Check and remove undistributed items in PCA report at month end. Check monthly BCS validation and reconcile BCS with SAP data at ORU Trading Partner level. Implement process check with Infosys & Local Business to ensure data accuracy and avoid month end BCS manual adjustment. Reconcile EFR with BCS data at FS Item level.

- Regularly prepare and deeply review the balance sheet account reconciliation. Dig out the outstanding reconciling items with clean up proposal.
