Compass Group NZ are looking for a Permanent Full Time Catering Supervisor to work at our Air NZ Dunedin Lounge.

Ko o Kawenga / Your Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for supervising the front of house areas, including being the main point of contact during service periods for our Customers.
• Having strong communication skills to this demographic is a must.
• You will be responsible for the completion of our Food Control Plan and Allergen Management, alongside our Chef's.
• Health and Safety is our number 1 rule, you will be an advocate and role model for safety in the work place.
• You must be confident with Microsoft applications and computer use.
