Counties Manukau Homecare Trust is based in Pukekohe and provides essential and high quality delivered services and support to people in the community. We are seeking a positive and committed individual with strong professional work ethics to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Rostering Support Workers to ensure continuous care for our clients within the community.
· Demonstrating exceptional communication and listening skills, coupled with patience and empathy.
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
· Strong administration skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Exhibit excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
· Flexibility to multitask and adhere to established processes.
