Introduction

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager interested in joining a super fast growing, supplier of food products, in Malmesbury Region, Western Cape. Despite being really large, the company is family owned, and places a huge premium on traditional values such as humility and respect. This is a Senior Leadership role within the organization, and reports directly into the CEO and CFO.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee and lead all Operations Departments - Production; Stores; Maintenance;
• Distribution; Health and Safety; Maintenance.
• Drive and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability targets and standards are met;
• Manage all HR related issues within Operations;
• Ensure processes and SOP’s are followed, and relevant.

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in related field such as Food Safety or Production; Quality; Hygiene etc.
