Implements all sales action plans related to his / her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.Attends major travel functions (i.e. trade shows and promotional events) that deal specifically with his / her market area.Ensures rate quoted and committed to clients are within specified guidelines.Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within his / her market area.Actively participates and contributes to the updating of the Marketing Plan.Submits weekly sales summary and reports.Submits sales report days after each sales trip.Submits quarterly performance report on top accounts.Disseminates sales-related information to other departments as appropriate.Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all Resort guests, clients, staff and employeesInforms clients of current rates, as well as any change in rate or new promotions by sending letters, sales calls or telephone calls or disseminating relevant collateral.
