Position Mission

To optimize the utilization of resources (material and manpower) in order to maximize crop yield, whilst complying with environmental and social requirements as stipulated by the market.

Outcomes and Objectives
• Oversee and recommend the seasonal planting program
• Work with the Agronomist to formulate the crop nutrition and crop hygiene schedules
