Front Office Manager (Hotel Sector) OVERVIEW: Our client is one of the top hotel chains in Barbados with a high number of repeat visitors every year due to excellent customer service and facilities. Due to expansion, they are seeking to appoint a proven professional to supervise the smooth and efficient operation of all aspects of the Front Desk DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve and maintain the standards of service and efficiency in customer and employee relations. Ensure that the welcome packages and room keys are ready prior to guest arrival. Action complaints or failures in operation with the relevant manager. Ensure that all guests establish credit with the hotel at check-in. Maintain close liaison with other departments to ensure they are fully informed on all arrivals, departures and future reservations.
