PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Continual analysis of the performance of your retailers to determine growth opportunities Meeting and exceeding sales goals Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned and follow up on new leads and referrals. Communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or market research gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. Collaborating with company staff to execute the work required to close sales. Establishing and maintain current client and potential client relationships; handle inquires and complaints Managing account services through quality checks, other follow-ups and identify and resolve client concerns.
