Head Chef Job - Fine Dining Restaurant - St James BARBADOS

Our clients are looking to appoint a Head Chef to join the existing Chef Team for their Fine Dining ocean front Restaurant in Barbados.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 5 TO 7 years experience in a fine dining establishment as a Sous or Head Chef
• Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in classical French Cuisine with some knowledge of Italian and Thai Cuisine
• Must have experience in Pastry, Dessert and Chocolate work
• Must have experience in creating and executing menus and daily specials
• Must have the ability to supervise and motivate a kitchen team of 15 Chefs
• Must be able to work split shifts and Bank Holidays
• Must be able to start within beginning 2016
