BarbadosJOB OBJECTIVE:
The Marketing and Communication Assistant serves as a key support to the Marketing and Communication Associate, by providing administrative support for a range of activities within the operational sphere of the department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Administrative Duties
· Collection and distribution of mail.
· Schedule/coordinate department meetings, appointments, and workshops, as required.
· Prepare minutes for meetings, as required.
· Develop and maintain an appropriate catalogue and filing system in hard and/or electronic format for clippings, photographs, videos, audiotapes, and artwork, Photo/Scrap albums, as well as department databases on Shared folders.
· Coordinate payments of all expenses related to budgets.
· Input Oracle entries regarding payments for the department.
· Track expenses on the relevant department databases.
· Assist in the preparation of reports.
2. Branding and Communication Support
· Update databases and media lists.
