Job Purpose/Overview

The Product Performance Technician –Controlled In-home panel is responsible for operating and maintaining the In-home feeding palatability facility and providing results/report from Controlled In home pane and Naïve consumer panel panels to support product/ raw material development to deliver business objectives. This role is to ensure all palatability tests are conducted and followed standard methodology and validated to deliver accuracy and reliable results following Mars Global Palatability Test Methodology.

Key Responsibilities
• To manage and execute Controlled Inhome panel testing by Co-ordinating with test owner to schedule, deliver &prepare test sample for in-home palatability test and recommend on appropriated testing methodology for each test.
• Analysis and report palatability feeding test result via global feeding analysis toolkit to project owner which is on time and accurate.
