Overview:
• The Senior HSE specialist plays a key to establish and maintain the health and safety of all people on PCH site. This will be achieved through the monitoring and evaluating health and safety conditions on site, assuring compliance to Mars Health Safety and Environmental Standards and Thai Safety and Health Regulations.
• The position is accountable for the development and implementation of the site HSE management system and following the Plan, Do Check & Act (PDCA) process for managing significant risks on site. The position ensures that all the site HSE reporting is accurate and complete, site’s annual HSE communication, awareness and training programs are delivered as per the plan.
• The role is also responsible for providing a consultation role to all functional and people leaders on PCH site to help them manage safety risks and ensure site HSE compliance.
