HRBP Coordinator - 6 months contract - Pak Chong Based

Job Purpose/Overview

HRBP coordinator will work closely with our Plant HRBP to execute and facilitate the HROD project focusing on Capability Development and to promote the positive and efficient working environment of our Pak Chong plant.

Responsibilities

HR Organization Development Scope:
• Support Plant HRBP in HROD project execution such as Capability Development, Succession Planning, Learning and Development.
• Develop communication message and media to advertise the project to all associates and line managers.
• Facilitate and follow up the process with line managers and associates on HROD related topics.
• Record, analyze and present data of the talents to line managers.
• Coordinate with L&D regarding training programs for developing skills and competency (Skill Matrix and Multi Skills) of our operators.

• Be a bridge between employees and management to reduce barriers to communication.
