Duties & Responsibilities

The Bakery Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery department within the retail store, ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods, efficient operations, and exceptional customer service. They manage a team of bakery staff, maintain inventory levels, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a commitment to upholding company standards and policies
