Supervisor - Recovery Contact Centre
(Location: Rajagiriya)
Responsibilities:
The Supervisor for the Recovery Contact Centre will oversee the prompt handling of outbound customer calls related to recovery within company standards. This role entails managing the collection process and coordinating efforts to recover outstanding payments within the Call Centre portfolio.
Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service with a focus on resolving recovery-related issues
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing high call volumes
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and Oracle applications
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
