• 1-2 years of experience which includes a good exposure in similar capacity
• Excellent in English is a must with Sinhala is essential (Tamil being an added advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal, people management and communication skill.
• Strong work ethics and team oriented, presentable personality.
• Fluency in MS office package.
• school leavers are encouraged to apply
Main Duties and responsibilities;
• Responsible of handling customers queries and providing customer support
• Maintain good customer relation.
• Handling multiple customers in a productive and effective manner.
• Maintain the quality standards of communication and best practices always.
• Attend to other tasks / duties which are assigned by the HOD/ Manage.
