Key Responsibilities:

· Review and update policies, procedures, and processes governing compliance, risk, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

· Monitor local and international tax compliance to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and minimize tax liabilities.

· Compile and present financial and budget reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

· Lead treasury management efforts, including negotiating with banks and corporates to ensure optimal cash flows for business growth and sustainability.

· Oversee financial decision-making processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing, to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

· Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management, assisting in the evaluation of investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
