We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Psychologist to join our team at an alcohol rehabilitation center in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals recover from alcohol addiction and mental health disorders and possess strong leadership skills to mentor and lead the support staff.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to the needs of individuals recovering from alcohol addiction.

Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, making informed decisions and managing day-to-day operations effectively.

Staff Mentoring and Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to all support staff, including psychologists, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals.
