The executive secretary will support the Business Head in managing the daily activities, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.Manage the business head's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, on behalf of the business head.Prepare agendas, take minutes, and organize materials for meetings.Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.Maintain filing systems and ensure information is organized and easily accessible.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and staff.Liaise with other departments, teams, and external parties to facilitate collaboration and communication.
