As Recruitment Manager, you will manage the recruiting/employment of all colleagues, and be a is a professional responsible for finding potential employees for the company they are employed by. You will reach out to talent and ensure they are a good fit for the company. Ensure policy compliance, support the Company’s initiatives, and promote a positive employee culture. Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR-related matters.

What do we need from you?
• Education:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Service years in the field : 3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• Service years in supervisor/manager level: at least 2 years
• Knowledge and skills:
