This is the 3rd HR position in a Luxury Resort of 459 rooms including 115 condotel rooms and 5 villas, 09 F&B outlets, 06 convention facilities, 04 swimming pools. Typically manages C&B and HR admin colleagues, Staff house team.

Your day-to-day

· Direct/Manage everyday activity, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers

· Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleagues

· Train colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect

· Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments

· Recommend or initiate any HR related actions where needed

· Ensures clear lines of communication exist to disseminate information affecting employer-employee relations, employee activities, and hotel policies and programs.
